At Sagebrush Recovery, we provide outpatient behavioral health services for people facing substance use and mental health challenges. With a care team that blends clinical expertise and peer recovery support, we walk alongside individuals and families in Colorado’s mountain communities. Our approach is flexible, accessible, and rooted in lived experience.

Sagebrush Recovery’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, compassionate care for adults navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges—while allowing flexibility to maintain work, family, and daily responsibilities.
